Schedules

Garbage:

Garbage is collected by CRP Sanitation.  Collection is scheduled for every Tuesday and Friday.   If a holiday falls on a pickup day, garbage will be typically be picked up the day before.  CRP controls the schedule and is subject to change.  Management will inform residents in a timely manner of any changes once they are made known.

Recycling is picked up every Tuesday.

Bulk pick up is currently scheduled for 1x/year. 

Christmas trees will be picked up during the month of January with normal garbage pickup.

Construction debris will not be taken by CRP. 

If you have construction debris, electronics or other bulk items, you can privately arrange for pickup (at your expense) with CRP, 1-800-GOTJUNK or a similar junk removal company.

Landscaping:

Landscaping occurs weekly on Tuesday.  Schedule subject to change based on weather/community needs.

Pool:

The pool is typically open Memorial Day weekend thru the last Sunday in September.  Subject to change.
