Satellite TV Guidelines
The board has researched vendors, satellite carriers and service providers. The following are the guidelines to be used if a unit owner desires satellite TV. When the information is not found or listed here on this web site, PLEASE CALL or EMAIL FIRST before installing to avoid any additional costs. Dishes will NOT be installed on the roofs. This causes leaks and additional expense. CALL RMR before installation.

Who to call:
Looking for new installer, because instructions on installation were not adhered to. Only One Satellite Dish allowed per BUILDING (Not per unit). Dish vendor MUST put up one dish which handles up to 24 Satellite connections for the entire BUILDING. All Satellite dish installations are on hold as of Sept 2003. Call RMR Management.
Guidelines:
One DirecTV Satellite dish will be placed on a single building (4 to 6 units will be accommodated by one dish). Each dish can connect up to 24 TV's. Installer has been instructed on how to connect and run the cable across WBF common area to be least obtrusive. Interior unit cabling can be discussed with installer directly, but the common element cable run guidelines can not be altered. (Call RMR if there is an issue). From the satellite dish to each unit dwelling, there will be one single conduit (pipe painted to match unit siding color) to house all unit desired TV connections. Installer has also been instructed on the location of the building satellite dishes. Installer has checked units 1-4 and 24-27 and is confident that the dish can be placed in an acceptable location.
Unit owners must call installer who will group the orders together by building to optimize installation.
