For this type of work you could except this number of days/weeks before repair.

| Roof Repairs | 2 weeks |
| Walkway / Slates | 6 months - unless a tripping hazard |
| Dripping Spigots | 2 weeks - Call emergency RMR phone number if water causing damage. |
