- PARKING - Please remember there is NO PARKING around cluster circles especially any time there is snow on the ground (day or night). Please obey these rules since they directly effect ability for proper snow removal and safe passage of emergency vehicles. This also includes 48 hours after snow fall, to allow plows to clear the facilities. Use the playground area for overflow parking. Please report violator license plates, car make, date and time to RMR management. Cars blocking walkways, driveways, hydrant will be towed anytime, as per letter distributed to all unit owners dated Sept. 26, 2009.
