exterminator services that are included with the current contract WBF has with
JP McHale Pest Management, Inc. This contract is for “on call service”
for both interior and exterior of units. This service covers carpenter
ants, rats, bees, ants, mice centipedes, millipedes, silverfish, wasps and any
other flying crawling insects. The service does not cover squirrels,
raccoons, bats, birds, snakes and other nuisance pests. Unit owners can call exterminator directly
and make an appointment.
